The ND Postdoc Women’s Committee sponsored an all-woman academic leadership panel. As postdoctoral scholars and graduate students looking to advance their careers in the competitive field of academia, this event gave them an opportunity to interact with successful female leaders at Notre Dame. These panelists offered invaluable advice on succeeding in academia including the initial academic search process, successful traits of junior faculty members, work-life balance and more.
