If your appointee is international your next step is to complete the Immigration Request Form for International Employees/Visitors – found on the International Student and Scholar Affairs website.  If you have any questions about this form, please contact ISSA at issa@nd.edu.

If the immigration status selected is H1B, you will need to complete the H1B Petition Packet – found on the General Counsel website.
